How often should I change my bottle?

It is recommended that bottles be replaced every 4-6 months.

What happens if my bottle turns cloudy? Is this normal?

Yes, with use, PP bottles can become cloudy. This does not affect the performance of the bottle, nor does it mean the bottle isn't clean.

Maybe give this a go?

• WHITE VINEGAR – Soak bottle in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water, and then rinse with cold water. Many stains will disappear following this procedure, which can also eliminate odours.
  
  
• BAKING SODA – Juice stains may be removed by putting baking soda and warm water in the bottle and cleaning with a bottle brush. To get rid of the sour-milk smell, fill the bottle with warm water, add a teaspoon of baking soda, shake well, and let it stand overnight.

What does PP mean?

PP is the type of plastic the bottle is made from. It stands for polypropylene.

What are the bottles made from? 

Mooki bottles are made of BPA-free polypropylene plastic. All components of our bottle, including nipple collar, and lid are also BPA-free.

What are the teats made from?

Our teats are made from medical-grade silicone.

My bottle is leaking?

Check the following:

1. The teat is securely inside the teat collar, ensuring that all edges of the silicone teat are overlapping the ring on the top
2. Check inside the teat collar that the silicone teat is secure on the inside of the ring
3. Ensure the teat and collar are clean and free from any leftover milk residue
4. When securing the teat collar on the bottle, ensure that when you twist it on, it is correctly sitting on the threads of the bottle
5. Don’t over tighten the teat collar, as the extra pressure from inside the bottle can cause it to leak
