STANDARD SHIPPING - $10 FLAT RATE - Australia Post Standard Shipping (3-6 business days) with tracking number
EXPRESS SHIPPING - $20 FLAT RATE - Australia Post Express Shipping (1-2 business days) with tracking number
SAME DAY DELIVERY - $25 FLAT RATE - Order before 12PM (business days) and receive your delivery same day between hours of (9AM-9PM)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF WORLD)
CALCULATED UPON PAYMENT - Standard International Shipping (10-15 business days) with tracking number

Our orders do not require a signature on delivery please make sure the address you order your parcel to has adequate security as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen.
Any parcels that are returned to sender and need to be re-shipped will be at the cost of the customer.
We hold no liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address.
We endeavour to get your parcel out as soon as possible however please allow for 24 hours from date of purchase unless pre-ordered. Should you require something urgently please email boo@mooki.com.au and speak to one of our representatives.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. If you need to make any changes please contact boo@mooki.com.au immediately.
Mooki will not be held responsible for any customs/tax/duties charged. Any fees of this nature will be the responsibility of the customer.
Should your order be damaged or faulty, we will happily provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund subject to the following conditions;
- Contact is made with Mooki (hello@mooki.com.au) within 7 days of delivery with proof of fault
- Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
- Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt
- The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to use a tracking number from the Courier/Shipping company to minimise the risk of lost goods. Please allow 10-15 business days from the date of return; for delivery time, receiving, processing and postal return.

That is why, we want to provide you with the ultimate peace of mind with our 30-day latch guarantee to make sure you and baby love our bottle!
If baby isn't latching onto the bottle or you aren't completely satisfied with the bottle, you can return the bottle (Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer) and a refund of your purchase will be issued once our team has received your return at our warehouse.
