Refund Policy Duplicate
Should your order be damaged or faulty, we will happily provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund subject to the following conditions;
- Contact is made with Mooki (returns@mooki.com.au) within 7 days of delivery with proof of fault
- Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
- Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt
The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is advised to use a tracking number from the Courier/Shipping company to minimise the risk of lost goods.
Please allow 10-15 business days from the date of return; for delivery time, receiving, processing and postal return.
CHANGE OF MIND/CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We understand that every baby is different and selecting the most suitable bottle for them, can be quite tricky. That is why we want to provide you with the ultimate peace of mind with our 30-day latch guarantee to make sure you and baby love our bottle! If baby isn't latching onto the bottle or you aren't completely satisfied with our product, all you need to do is contact us and return it for a refund of your purchase once our team has received it at our warehouse. Please note, we need to receive notification via email to hello@mooki.com.au by no later than the 30th day from your postage date to receive the refund.
